To enter our Valentine's Day Contest, entrants must complete the online form located at http://www.creativesoulcards.com/entry_form.php and send an eCard. 1. ELIGIBILITY Our Valentine's Day Contest is offered and open only to legal residents of United States and its territories and Canada at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees and directors of Colorful Expressions Inc. the sponsors their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, judges and legal advisors, and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules, the decisions of Colorful Expressions Inc. are final and binding in all respects. 2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD Promotional period begins on February 1, 2006 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and ends on February 14th, 2006 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Promotional Period").The Host reserves the right to terminate the contest early. The prizes will nevertheless be awarded as stated below in the event of any early termination based upon all entries received prior to the moment of termination. 3. ENTRY Entries must be made through The Internet Method. Internet Method: To enter this sweepstakes your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology (whether now known or hereafter devised or discovered) which may be used by Host or Sponsor for the purpose of tracking entries into this Sweepstakes. To enter the Summer of Soul Contest by means of the Internet, access the www.CreativeSoulCards.com web site located at http://www.creativesoulcards.com/entry_form.php. Complete the entry form by filling out your full name, complete home address, including zip code, home telephone number (including area code), date of birth, gender, email address, and any other requested fields and follow the instructions at the web site. By entering the contest you incur no obligations other than your agreement to be bound by CreativeSoulCard.com's Contest Rules and Privacy Policy and to receive emails from CreativeSoulCards.com and its' sponsors. You may opt-out of the receipt our mailing by following the directions in any email you receive or as posted on the web site or by writing us at unsubscribe@creativesoulcards.com. It is necessary to contact each sponsor to obtain the method to opt-out of their mailings program. One entry per person. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the www.creativeSoulCards.com web site, any other attempt at Internet entry above the maximum one is void. Entrants may not enter with multiple email and/or multiple identities nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries. Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple email and/or multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries may be disqualified. All entries (up to the maximum) accumulated in any Day will become entries into the prize drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to increase or decrease the maximum number of entries permitted. Any such increase, decrease will be announced, in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor in which case the increase, decrease will become effective on the first day of the calendar month following the date on which notice is given. Sponsor shall, however, be under no obligation to make any such increase, decrease. No participant can receive more than the maximum number of permitted entries for the Promotional Period, which number shall be one. 4. DRAWING Winners will be selected by the staff of CreativeSoulCards.com. The winners will be contacted by mail,phone or email. The names of the winners will also be published on the CreativeSoulCards.com website 5. PRIZE/ODDS (1) Prizes: There will be approximately 8 prizes awarded for the entire contest period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted. All prizes are expressed in U.S. Dollars. Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winners. A prize winner must be 18 years or older at the time of the drawing. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS Winners, must complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. Failure to timely return documents, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules or otherwise ineligible, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winner grants to Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to its direction or control, (and agree to confirm such grant in writing upon request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notification, review or approval. Participants, (and participants parents or legal guardians if participant is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner), release and agree to hold harmless Sponsors, Colorful Expressions Inc.( www.creativesoulcards.com), and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Grand Prize, participation in this contest, or participation in any contest-related activity. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Grand Prize using all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 9.
